Wi-Fi service provider Boingo Wireless announced the Apple iPad has become a device is not connected to Wi-Fi laptop second largest number in its network.Boingo to identify every device connected to Boingo SSID, receive an IP address and fill the frame when there are sales at Boingo locations.
