Megamind

Megamind and Metroman spend their lives trapped in a classic struggle against the evil of Nice Megamind always lose and end up in jail. To day, the evil Mega Mind's strategy is working and metroman destroyed. Megamind takes Metro City and revolves around a dump site. But he comes to recognize that evil is boring without someone fun to fight. The rest of the story is Megamind to come to terms with his true destiny and see and realize that circumstances can not always dictate your success in this life.
"Megamind" is the story of Nice against evil - or is it? The film begins with a nice blue baby is sent to Earth in a rocket by his parents for the child of the destruction of the planet. As the small blue infant is rocketing towards the earth, another child (who is good-looking) also heading towards the earth in a similar missile. Both children crash land on earth, but at different fate. The beautiful baby crashes into a large estate where he is adopted by a wealthy family and everything. While the little blue baby crashes in a prison and is approved by the prisoners who teaches him the ways of evil. Both children are very smart, but because of their circumstances, grows up to be a superhero-Metroman (voiced by Brad Pitt) and the other a villain - Megamind (voiced by Will Ferrell).

The story is the most complex I have seen in a kid's movie. There are many twists in the plot, and because I do not see the trailer, I did not see much of them come. But I think it is rare in an animated film (or movie where Will Ferrell is involved) to such a rich storyline were good and evil as shades of gray that can be influenced by circumstances and our own choices in life. because you grew up in a prison does not mean you need to have a villain raised in a palace means that you need a prince.

"Megamind" from the animated movies that has much more going on than meets the eye. The animation is great. The screens look real and seeing the movie in 3D is a must in case you need to get the best viewing experience to get animated. The end is fascinating with complex animations that are not of this world.

The children in the audience loved the obvious jokes and slapstick comedy, but there were plenty of humorous one-liners that only parents were laughing, because you had to have seen "The Godfather" references to understand the comedy. Both my son and I loved "Megamind" and give it a thumbs up.
